Terms Of Use
The master document covering eligibility, conduct, suspension and closure. Every other page is drafted to sit under it, so start here when a question spans more than one subject.
Open an account and these clauses cover it from your first sign-in: how you join, how your funds move, how a dispute is handled and the jurisdiction wording...
sixs bet publishes one set of terms and applies it wherever we accept accounts. Your rights, our obligations, the grounds for suspending an account and the route to closing one are written out in full. Some parts shift with local law — what we can offer, how we verify you and which rails can carry your funds. Because you may fund an
account with JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast, the payout clauses say how each rail is handled and how long a withdrawal takes once checks finish. Where local law permits we serve Pakistani account holders; where it does not, we say so and decline. Any clause that moves is dated so you can see what changed, and currency, tax and dispute wording stays
the same across supported regions.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
If a clause reads oddly, or you think a decision on your account was wrong, there is a defined path to follow. Policy queries go to a dedicated desk rather than a general queue, and each one gets a reference number you can quote later. We reply in English, in the order cases arrive.
Send your account ID, the clause you are asking about and any screenshots. You get a reference number and a reply, usually within one working day, on the same thread.
Chat covers quick questions on account access, verification timing and payout wording. Longer disputes get logged and passed to the policy team, so nothing disappears when a chat session closes.
Ask for escalation if a first reply misses the mark. Your case moves to a senior handler who gives a written outcome, the clause relied on and the next step available to you.
These pages are drafted by the same team that runs accounts, payments and verification, so the wording reflects what actually happens when you use the platform. Every clause is checked against live...
Clauses are written from our own operational steps: how a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit clears, how a Raast transfer is matched to your account and how long a payout sits in checks.
Every amendment carries the date it took effect, so you can compare what applied when you joined with what applies now. Older versions are available from the policy desk on request.
Where local law permits we serve account holders across Pakistan. Where a provincial or city rule differs, the stricter position applies to your account, and we say so before you commit funds.
Fees, suspension grounds and closure steps sit in the main clause body, not an appendix. If something affects your funds or your access, it is written where you would look for it.
Support agents answer from the same clause text you read here, so chat replies match the published policy. Where a handler cannot answer, the query escalates instead of being guessed at.
Sign-in uses one-time codes to your registered number, sessions expire on shared devices, and staff access to account records is logged. Our privacy terms explain how your data is held.
Six policy pages cover this platform: terms, privacy, payouts, account rules, cookies and this hub. They are drafted to agree with one another, and the hub is your entry point. If two...

Explains what account, device and payout data we hold, why verification needs it, how long records stay and how to request a copy of your file.
Sets out how withdrawals are requested, checked and released, with expected timing per payment rail and the thresholds that trigger extra verification before funds leave your account.
Cover one account per person, sharing sign-in details, device limits and what happens if activity suggests someone else is using your login without permission.
Lists the cookies that keep you signed in, remember your language and measure page performance, plus the browser controls available if you would rather limit them.
States the minimum age to hold an account, what we ask for at verification and the jurisdiction wording that decides whether we can accept you where local law permits.
One route for any dispute, from first reply to escalation, with the reference number, written outcome and timescale you should expect at each stage.
The layout here is deliberate: a short summary at the head of the page, the full clause text below it, then contact routes and revision dates. Nothing hides...
